Frank, a South Florida successful businessman, is no stranger to the hotel industry. Frank is used to transforming properties and elevating them to award winning, must stay at, places. As the proud owner of Ocean Manor Beach Resort, he purchased the property out of bankruptcy, and at the time was a one-star hotel and is now today a four star on trip advisor. Frank also owns several properties throughout South Florida and other locations. Frank's entrepreneurial experience does not end there; he also owns four successful restaurants, which include Casa Calabria, which is one of the top Italian restaurants in South Florida.

Frank plans to enhance the property by building a luxury wedding venue next door and turning the main house into an Italian restaurant that will have authentic family recipes.
