IRVINE, Calif., July 8, 2025 ~ Performance Brokerage Services, the leading dealership brokerage firm in North America, has announced the successful sale of W.E. Johnson Equipment Company to Burwell Material Handling. The company, which has been in operation since 1958, was previously owned by Gary Work and Robert Morales since 1986.
In a statement, Gary Work expressed his confidence in Burwell Material Handling as the new owners of W.E. Johnson Equipment Company.
