TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Governor Ron DeSantis has made some significant appointments to the Northwest Florida State College District Board of Trustees. Lyndsi Stevens has been appointed as a new member, while Cory Fosdyck and Jack "Tanner" Peacock have been reappointed.
Stevens brings a wealth of experience to the board as the Chief Marketing Officer for Celerium, Inc. She also has previous ties to the college, having served as an Adjunct Professor in the past. Stevens holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Florida State University, a master's degree in communication from Georgetown University, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in leadership from Liberty University.
Fosdyck, who has been reappointed to the board, is the Owner of Krueger, Fosdyck, Brown, McCall & Associates Private Wealth Management. He is also actively involved in his community as a member of the Emerald Coast Children's Advocacy Center and Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Florida Board of Directors. Fosdyck holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Western Illinois University.

Peacock has also been reappointed to the board and brings with him a strong background in real estate as a Broker Associate for Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. He is also actively involved in his community, having previously served on various boards such as the Walton County Planning Commission and City of Destin Local Planning Agency. Peacock earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Auburn University.
These appointments are still subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate but are expected to be approved given their impressive qualifications and contributions to their respective fields and communities.
