Experienced insurance certification company takes on the common questions insurance organizations raise when outsourcing training
CLERMONT, Fla. - Floridant -- Educational Services & Consulting (ESC) invites insurance trainers to attend their upcoming complimentary webinar on November 17, 2026 from 12:30pm – 1pm EST. When insurance organizations consider handing licensing education to an outside provider, the same few questions tend to come up first. ESC will answer them directly in their upcoming complimentary webinar.
Attendees can expect to hear answers to the following questions:
How long does it take a new hire to finish licensing coursework?
Are those who are enrolled in the certification course still required to take the state exam?
What does the course actually cover?
Do we lose control over how our people are trained?
"These are the questions we hear on almost every call with a training department," said Natalie Zimmerman, co-owner and chief strategy officer at ESC. "We want training departments to know we are not in any way looking to take their roles, but rather complement what they do. We want to give trainers the opportunity to spend more time training on their unique company values, processes, and procedures that are specific to their organization. We want to partner with internal trainers, not replace them."
