The West Palm Beach company has put its full test procedure, the five questions it asks and the complete results online so anyone can repeat them. No business commissioned the test and none was told it was happening.
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- Most local businesses have never checked whether an AI assistant names them when a customer asks for a recommendation. Ultimate Elite Solutions LLC, an AI visibility company in West Palm Beach, has published a complete test of one local category so that any business can see how the check is done and repeat it.
The test ran on 24 September 2026 against electricians in West Palm Beach, Florida. Five questions were asked, each worded the way a customer would word it and none of them containing a company name. Ten results were requested per question. No company commissioned the test and no business was told it was taking place.
The pattern it found is the reason the exercise matters. Two firms were named in all five answers. Three more were named in three. Thirteen businesses were named across the five answers in total, and five of them appeared only once.

"A business can rank perfectly well on a page of search results and still be absent from the answer a customer actually reads," said Steven Allbright, founder of Ultimate Elite Solutions. "The only way to know is to ask the question the customer asks, without your own name in it, and write down what comes back."
The published page records the exact wording of all five questions, every company named in each answer, how often each was named, and what was not recorded at the time. The company publishes those omissions deliberately, taking the view that a method nobody can check is not evidence.
Ultimate Elite Solutions offers the same five-question check to any business at no charge as its "Who Does AI Recommend?" report. It covers the questions asked, the companies the searches returned, whether the business appeared, and the source URLs behind each answer.
