BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Floridant -- Curran Young Construction joined Windstar on Naples Bay members and stakeholders to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of the club's new two-story fitness center, marking the completion of a transformative addition to one of Naples' premier private club communities.
The 16,267-square-foot facility was constructed on the site of the club's former cart barn and includes a new golf operations center and cart barn on the first floor, along with a state-of-the-art fitness studio and exercise class area on the second floor. The project enhances both the member experience and operational efficiency while creating a prominent new gateway feature for the club.
A unique component of the project involved reinforcing the existing building slab with 113 helical piles to support the new second-story addition, allowing the project team to maximize the existing structure while delivering a modern new facility.
