New service aims to raise funds to grow nonprofit's mission-driven programs
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Floridant -- Cancer Alliance Network has launched CAN Navigators, a new concierge cancer navigation service designed to provide personalized, white-glove support for individuals and families in Lee and Collier counties facing a cancer diagnosis.
CAN Navigators serves as a dedicated guide for patients, families, caregivers and referring physicians – ensuring no one has to navigate cancer alone. While the program does not provide clinical care or medical advice, it helps take on the logistical and emotional weight often associated with a cancer diagnosis so that patients can focus on healing.
Each client is paired with a dedicated coordinator who manages the complexities of a cancer diagnosis, including scheduling every appointment, facilitating second opinions, coordinating transportation and connecting patients to a curated network of independently licensed clinical providers. Through strategic partnerships with leading oncologists, CAN Navigators offers streamlined access to oncology physicians and cancer care expertise. Depending on their diagnosis, clients may be paired with a concierge breast cancer advisor or concierge physician to support them throughout their cancer journey.

"A cancer diagnosis arrives with a flood of appointments, records, phone calls and decisions, usually at the moment a person feels least able to handle them," said Neftali Feliciano, CEO of Cancer Alliance Network. "CAN Navigators exists to carry that weight. Our clients never have to make a cold call or wonder what comes next, because someone is already beside them, handling the details."
Cancer Alliance Network developed CAN Navigators as a fee-for-service program that not only enhances the patient experience but also helps advance the nonprofit's mission. Since 2002, the organization has assisted thousands of individuals in Lee and Collier counties with non-medical expenses, such as rent, utilities and groceries. As cancer diagnoses continue to rise across Florida, demand for these services has increased significantly, resulting in a growing waitlist of patients in urgent need of financial assistance.
Revenue generated through the CAN Navigators program directly supports Cancer Alliance Network's charitable assistance efforts, helping provide essential support to individuals and families facing financial hardship during their cancer journeys.

The CAN Navigators program complements existing healthcare systems by filling critical gaps for coordination, logistics and emotional support that fall outside the traditional clinical care model. By reducing administrative burdens and helping patients access resources more efficiently, the program allows clients to focus on treatment, healing and quality of life.
Cancer Alliance Network is now scheduling free, no-obligation consultations for individuals interested in learning more about CAN Navigators.
