WEFiT in Winter Park, Orlando, delivers the full HYROX experience in Central Florida, giving athletes of all levels the chance to test their strength, endurance, and mental grit in a true race-style setting. Led by Coach Troy London

ORLANDO, Fla. - Floridant -- As a Certified HYROX Gym, we're proud to bring this international fitness movement to our community," said Coach Troy London. "HYROX Under the Lights is about more than competition; it's about progress, teamwork, and pushing yourself to new limits alongside others who share the same drive."

The HYROX Simulation replicates official race conditions, alternating 1 km runs with eight functional fitness stations, including:

Farmer's Carry
Sandbag Lunges
Wall Balls

Athletes can register to compete in Singles, Doubles, or Relay divisions, making the event accessible to every fitness level. Limited spots are available.
