MIAMI - Floridant -- Faced with the critical situation of the current food and gastronomic industries, the Venezuelan Ivaneska Calixto (CEO of IQ Social Business) and the Spanish Juliana No (CEO of Stand Out Consulting) decided to create the IQ Gastronomic Summit to educate and connect professionals of the international Spanish-speaking gastronomic industry for free. The organizers of the renowned IQ Gastronomic Festival that filled the Orlando media pages and shows in 2019, directs itself this time to professionals in the sector with an event focused on knowledge and inclusiveness of the sector with topics ranging from distribution or innovation to gastronomic marketing.
Thousands of international restaurants close daily while millions of people suffer the consequences of economic inequality in the face of this pandemic and struggle to reinvent themselves and adapt to changes in our ecosystem and ever-changing technologies.

The summit will address some of the current global situations affecting the food industry such as Covid-19, food shortages, globalization and inequality. It will also provide valuable information and education for professionals who have or want to build a business related to the food industry. It will also have videos of recipes and techniques for foodies to enjoy the culinary arts.
The creators and organizers of this gastronomic summit, Ivaneska Calixto and Juliana No, consider this summit the first truly international gastronomic summit in Spanish online. The reason is that, to eliminate economic inequalities that prevent access to some professionals in certain countries to these types of events, it is free of charge for all attendees. At the same time, each day's conferences will be available for a bit over 24 hours for attendees, allowing people from any part of the world or with any working hours to access. "We want to make sure that everyone who wants to gain knowledge can actually obtain it," confirmed Ivaneska Calixto, founder of the Festival and IQ Summit. "As Ivaneska says, it is about making this industry a smart industry, about increasing the IQ of the gastronomic businesses to grow despite adversity", reiterated Juliana No, co-organizer of the event.
