The Popular Trucksharing Services Improves App Stability and Offers New Back Office Features with the Releases of V3.5
TAMPA, Fla. - Floridant -- Truxx announced the newest version of the popular trucksharing app, Truxx 3.5. The new release improves application stability and provides new back office capabilities that will enhance customer service and driver support.
Due to covid-19 and the competitive pressures from eCommerce retailers, Truxx has seen a significant spike in demand for TruxxRetail; their last mile delivery offering for brick and mortar retailers. The increase in demand has lead to some stability issues that are resolved with the 3.5 release. "It's a good problem to have" according to CEO and co-Founder, Jamie Hess. He continues, "we're seeing high demand for all of our services; TruxxMe, TruxxHelp and TruxxRetail, which has put some strain on our technology. Our operations team has been able to fill the gaps, but we knew that was not a sustainable solution going forward. So, our development team has been working overtime to resolve these issues. With the release of v3.5 we are in a position to deliver better and faster than ever before, particularly for our retailer partners."

The new release also provides for better back office services that will enhance Truxx customer support. With Truxx 3.5, the Truxx customer support service teams will have better access to real time data and location services to improve their ability to respond to user requests and help drivers better coordinate their moves. "We have the best customer service in the industry and this release makes us even better. I'm excited and when you update your Truxx app, I'm confident our drivers and users will be, too." says co-Founder and Chief Design Officer, Carlos Suarez.
Truxx is a popular truck-sharing service and the first to build a national driver network. Truck-sharing is similar to popular ride-sharing services like Lyft or Uber, however, their drivers have pickups or vans and they help users move items too big for their cars. Users can easily schedule and rate drivers and make cash-free payments by simply downloading the free app. Like many sharing services, Truxx offers driver location services, in-app messaging and driver background checks. The Truxx app is currently available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
