WASHINGTON - Floridant -- Washington, DC – Amida Technology Solutions, Inc. (Amida), a DC-based software company, announced that three of its capabilities are now available on the Tradewind Solutions Marketplace. The Marketplace is the flagship offering of Tradewind, the Department of Defense's (DoD's) suite of tools and services designed to accelerate the procurement and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and digital/data analytics capabilities.
Amida's solutions that are now available on Tradewind include:
1. A graph-based disability profile to enable fast-and-accurate adjudication decisions
Amida can represent eligibility, demographics, and clinical evidence in a scalable way using a graph database. This technique enables feature extraction that is difficult or impossible to achieve with conventional methods, and it can do so without bias or skew. Our ML framework delivers decision-support applications for disability assessments that are fair, equitable, and fast.
2. Metadata administration using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and neural networks to automate enterprise data management
Manually created inventories of metadata are error-prone and require expensive curation. Amida addresses this challenge with a modular framework that integrates an ensemble of NLP, neural networks, and traditional logic. The system can expose and resolve differences in data type, encoding, quality, and underlying meaning without the need for manual translation or human management. The resulting conceptual models – and their connection to metadata assets – accelerates the administration and improves the quality of tagged, trusted, retrievable, and actively controlled data assets.

3. A novel solution to secure microelectronic systems
The United States' ability to project power depends on information technology, which makes cybersecurity the paramount national security risk. Nowhere is this more relevant than in the design, manufacture, and production of advanced microelectronic devices.
Under a Navy SBIR contract, Amida developed a patented, forward-looking approach to address microelectronic security risks through a novel application of graph theory and AI. Our vulnerability analysis software reveals weaknesses and exposures in hardware-design source code.
"I am delighted that our three applications passed the intense scrutiny of the Tradewind Solutions Marketplace evaluation process," said Amida Chief Operating Officer Mukundan Srinivasan. "This is a real testament to Amida's team. We are honored by the government's trust in our ability to solve some of the hardest problems in data interoperability, security, and governance."
DoD and other government customers can search for, review, compare, negotiate, and procure Amida's awardable solutions on the Tradewind Solutions Marketplace. Housed within the Tradewind Exchange, the Marketplace is accessible at www.tradewindai.com.
