Manatee County charter school hiring multiple positions for upcoming school year
BRADENTON, Fla. - Floridant -- As preparations begin for the 2026-27 academic year, Team Success: A School of Excellence will host a job fair from 1 to 4 p.m. on May 2 at its North Campus cafeteria, located at 202 13th Ave. East in Bradenton.
A Cognia-accredited and tuition-free public charter school in Manatee County and one of the longest-tenured charter schools in Florida, Team Success is actively seeking full-time certified teachers and bus drivers for the 2026-27 school year.
Certified teacher applicants must have obtained a Florida State certification and endorsement in an assigned area or an Official Statement of Eligibility from the Florida Department of Education; a bachelor's degree or higher; and a clear background check.
Attendees at the job fair will also be able to learn more about bus driver positions with the charter school. Team Success provides morning and afternoon bus routes for students in the Bradenton and Palmetto areas for its K-5 and 6-12 campuses. Bus services are also provided to students attending Team Success' Saturday school program. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; pass an annual physical examination and meet established personnel requirements; and possess a valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
