FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar, a leading upscale dining and drinking destination, is now open in Fort Myers at Bell Tower. Located at 13499 S. Cleveland Ave. Suite 221, the roughly 10,000-square-foot space offers indoor and outdoor seating, along with a second-floor bar, called The Rooftop. The Fort Myers restaurant is the largest of the 12 locations in Florida, and it's the second based in Southwest Florida. Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar opened in Naples at Mercato in 2024.

Tap 42 specializes in unique takes on contemporary American cuisine, including tasty appetizers like the popular Truffle Street Corn Guacamole and Crispy Asian Calamari Tower, a selection of gourmet burgers and sandwiches, including their "viral" Chopped Chicken Caesar Wrap, and a variety of entrees, such as Burrata Chicken Parm Alla Vodka, Flame Grilled 14oz. New York Strip and their Grilled Salmon Zen Bowl. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.

In addition to the expansive food menu, Tap 42 boasts a variety of hand-crafted cocktails, an extensive wine list and local craft beer. Monday through Friday, guests can enjoy happy hour downstairs from 4 to 7 p.m. and upstairs at The Rooftop Wednesday through Friday from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

The restaurant offers daily promotions, including:

• - Monday Night Burger Bash features $12 select burgers and crispy fries with the purchase of a beverage from 4 p.m. to close.
• - On Tap Tuesday, guests can enjoy $5 draft beers all day at the bar.
• - On Wednesday, wine lovers can purchase half-priced wine bottles all day with the purchase of an entree.
• - Thursday is ladies' night, and ladies can enjoy 50% off drinks at the bar only from 7 p.m. to close.

The Rooftop will feature live music every Wednesday night, and a live DJ on Saturday nights.
