CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Floridant -- Businesses Supporting Communities is proud to bring Taco Fest to Mercola Market in Cape Coral for the first time. The event will take place on Saturday, November 19th from 11 am to 5 pm. Taco Fest will feature local food vendors, business vendors, live music, and fun for the entire family.

The event will also provide the community with the opportunity to give back to two local charities, Over the Moon Room and The Dr. Piper Center for Social Services. Over the Moon Room, is an organization based in Cape Coral, Florida, that is dedicated to bringing joy to children and their families who are fighting life-threatening illnesses by transforming their favorite rooms into something magical. ABOUT BUSINESSES SUPPORTING COMMUNITIES:

Business Supporting communities (BSC) began in 2014, after being approached by the City of Fort Myers to bring large-scale events back to Fort Myers' River District. Their first event was the WINK Taste of Lee in November of 2014. BSC is a locally owned, women-led event company routed in bringing businesses, charities, and families together in Southwest Florida through community events and festivals. Each BSC event highlights and contributes to a local charity; including Cameo of Lee County, Harry Chapin Food Bank, St. Mathew's House, and many more. Since its inception, BSC has given back over $100,000 to local charities.
