Dale Swope is Board Certified in Civil Trial for more than twenty years, and he was also previously a Board Certified in Business Litigation. These accreditations from the Florida Bar are regarded as the most significant credentials for attorneys requiring significant trial experience, specialized continuing legal education, a written exam and peer review. This is the 15^th time he has been listed as a Florida Super Lawyer

He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Justice Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
