FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Stevens Construction has completed Raymond James & Associates, located at 14541 Hope Center Loop, Suite 100, in Fort Myers, announced Dan Adams, executive vice president/partner, Stevens Construction, Inc.

Stevens Construction completed a 9,988-square-foot interior build-out for the global financial services firm offering both collaborative and private offices, multiple conference rooms, a reception and client area with a coffee bar, restrooms, wellness room and storage. Raymond James features enhanced finishes such as a quartz waterfall reception countertop, a backlit feature wall, custom casework and an interior window wall system.

Completed on schedule in under five months, Raymond James is situated on the first floor of Stevens Construction's headquarters and was completed while Stevens Construction remained operational on the second floor.
