MIAMI - Floridant -- SPOZZ, the fast growing community-owned music and streaming network, today announced the addition of BEATS, a groundbreaking feature that allows artists to sell and license their original music directly to other creators under a new standardized framework.

With BEATS, producers and artists gain a transparent, fair, and blockchain-secured marketplace for buying and selling exclusive instrumental works.

Unlike regular tracks, BEATS are not played in the SPOZZ Music streaming app but are available exclusively through the SPOZZ Marketplace, ensuring they are positioned as professional creator-to-creator assets.

New License Standard – The new "BEATS – Exclusive Creator to Creator License" defines clear ownership and royalty rules: Buyers receive 100% of master rights to the new recording they create.

Creators retain 30% of publishing rights in the final work, ensuring ongoing recognition and royalties

Resale Rules – Beats can only be traded if not yet used. Once resold, the seller loses the right to use the Beat.
