Soreide Law Group Files FINRA Arbitration Claims Against Marc Korsch and Centaurus Financial

SARASOTA, Fla. - Floridant -- A Cape Coral, Florida resident and his daughter in law from Ohio hired the securities arbitration law firm Soreide Law Group to recover their more than $150,000 in losses from bad investments made with former Centaurus Financial broker Marc Frederick Korsch ("Korsch"). According to FINRA's Broker check report of Korsch he has eleven (11) other pending or settled customer complaints on his record.  Korsch is no longer registered with any firm and appears to no longer be in the securities industry at the time of this writing.

The Claimants, represented by Soreide Law Group, filed their case after sustaining dramatic losses in: FS Energy and Power or "FSEP", the Parking REIT, and other REITS such as Griffen Capital and Cottonwood. The lawsuit alleges that Marc Korsch, who worked out of Sarasota, Florida, recommended these positions to the Claimants in large concentrations. The lawsuit alleges that the Claimants did not want to be exposed to the risk these alleged unsuitable investments created which resulted in devastating losses to their portfolio.  During the same time period when the Claimants suffered these losses the broader market indexes were up more than 50%. The Claimants also lacked an understanding of the illiquidity of these non-traded investments and see FS Energy and the Parking REIT are selling at steep discounts.
