The Napa vs. Paso Robles wine dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, at JWB Grill and features a four-course gourmet menu showcasing bold, expressive wines from two of California's most celebrated regions, paired with carefully selected dinner options designed to elevate every sip.

The dinner menu includes:

• Amuse Bouche – Watermelon gazpacho served with truffle crème fraîche, balsamic pearls and micro basil. Wine Pairings: Hess MVRK Sauvignon Blanc, Treana Sauvignon Blanc
• Appetizer – Ahi tuna tartare accompanied by avocado crema, mango, cucumber, cilantro oil, yuzu pearls and crispy wonton. Wine Pairings: Hess Napa Valley Chardonnay, Austin Chardonnay (Paso Robles)
• Main Course – Ribeye steak topped with black garlic truffle butter, served with an exotic mushroom blend, confit fingerlings and roasted broccolini. Wine Pairings: Hess Iron Corral Cabernet (Napa Valley), Austin Hope Cabernet (Paso Robles)
