With over 20 years on the Island and a client-first approach, Seth has built trusted relationships throughout the community and developed an in-depth understanding of market trends.

Prior to Hilton Head Bluffton Realty, Tilton gained valuable professional experience in Marriott hospitality, wine sales, and custom swimming pool design—a diverse background that allows him to deliver a service-first, consultative approach that feels more like a partnership than a transaction.
