Annual race and concert challenges businesses and groups on the island to compete
SANIBEL ISLAND, Fla. - Floridant -- Sanibel Captiva Trust Company is proud to announce its sponsorship of the annual F.I.S.H. JOG N JAM 5K/10K race, a popular event that raises essential funds for F.I.S.H. of Sanibel-Captiva. This year, in addition to sponsoring the event, the Sanibel Captiva Trust Company is forming its own team of runners to take on the 5K/10K and challenging others to sign up for the race, too.
The F.I.S.H. JOG N JAM, set to take place on Saturday, Dec. 7, will feature 5K and 10K routes that showcase the scenic beauty of the islands, while bringing the community together in support of a vital cause. The event raises funds for F.I.S.H.'s programs, which provide food, transportation, financial assistance and other services to island residents facing hardship.
As a long-time supporter of community initiatives, Sanibel Captiva Trust Company is challenging other businesses and community groups to join in on the racing fun by forming teams to compete in the race and to help raise awareness of F.I.S.H's mission.
