ORLANDO, Fla. - Floridant -- Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Sammy Vélez is thrilled to announce the release of his long-awaited debut album "¿Quién?" on May 31st, 2024. The 10-track collection compiles Vélez's popular singles released over the past two years into one cohesive body of work celebrating his Latin roots and diverse musical influences.

From the anthemic rock energy of "Lloviendo En La Ciudad" to the soulful holiday ballad "Navidad Sin Tí," "¿Quién?" showcases Vélez's remarkable versatility as an artist. Highlights include the breezy, romantic title track "¿Quién?", the Grammy-assisted bomba fusion of "Cajón, Guitarra Y Son" featuring Giovanni Hidalgo and Jorge Laboy, and four brand new singles "Vida," "Confesión," "Soledad," and the recently released "Invierno."

Vélez will be promoting the album with a string of performances and media appearances in his homeland of Puerto Rico in early June. This includes a June 7th performance of "Confesión" alongside his band and an interview with former Menudo star Johnny Lozada on "En La Mañana" on TeleOnce. He is also scheduled to appear on the popular show El tren de la 7 on La Mega 106.9 FM. Additionally, Vélez will be performing live in San Juan on June 5th at The Brickhaus, and on June 7th at Miramar Food Truck Park.
