FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Floridant -- Two of Remedy Well's co-founders, Otavio McKenzie and Bella McKenzie, had one thing in mind when they founded Remedy Well – to give diverse, digital-first generations the healthcare options that they had been asking for, in the ways they had been asking for them.
"Younger adults have always been our passion because they are the game-changers. They are innovators, generally open-minded about advances in technology, and love personalized solutions," says company CEO, Otavio McKenzie. "Remedy Well is the answer for this generation because we are well acquainted with this demographic's pain points and patient journeys."
"As Millennials ourselves," Bella affirms, "we are largely aware of what our generation wants and needs. Truly personalized, inclusive, and holistic options speak to us, and that is what we are offering."
After spending a year developing pathways and technology to serve a nationwide user base, Remedy Well launched on May 1st with the focus on holistic wellness and prevention amongst U.S Millennials and surrounding generations. "The statistics show that a great number of Millennials and even Gen Zs are concerned with their diets and lifestyles," Otavio says. "They want to live longer, happier lives, and would prefer to take a more natural route, if those options are available. This is where we perform best".

Remedy Well co-founders were motivated to start the company because of their own frustrations with the traditional healthcare system. Otavio and Bella, understanding both the patient's and provider's journeys, brought together their own stories, and worked over 12 months to discover answers.
"We wanted to start a company where healthcare providers were not just offering volume based diagnoses and writing prescriptions, but actually walked the journey with clients, cheerfully partnering with them by offering a more human feel to what can be a vulnerable experience," Otavio said.
Remedy Well currently offers direct to consumer, subscription-based digital health services for weight loss, mental wellness, and skin care. Each client receives the highest standard of care from board-certified providers and certified health coaches that they can keep. Subscribers receive detailed lab reports, prescriptions (if necessary), regular check-ins and coaching, at a fraction of the cost.

Weight management services start at $95 per month, mental wellness services start at $65 per month, and skin care with custom dermatology treatments start at $35 per month. As an added convenience, lab kits, supplements, and prescriptions (as necessary), are shipped directly to a customer's doorstep.
"Our impact is in offering health care when, where, and how modern generations want it. We take a whole-person approach to health and wellness, and we guarantee users will feel the difference", says Otavio.
