PALM COAST, Fla. - Floridant -- Flagler OARS together with Discover & Recover St. Johns are thrilled to announce the launch of the Recovery Fest 2024 T-Shirt Design Contest, inviting artists and designers from around the world to participate in celebrating the journey of recovery from substance use disorders.
The competition aims to crowdsource creative and empowering designs for the official t-shirt of Recovery Fest 2024, an event dedicated to promoting recovery, hope, and unity. The theme of the contest revolves around the power of recovery, emphasizing hope, resilience, and empowerment.
Participants are encouraged to submit designs that symbolize the journey of overcoming substance use disorders, conveying messages of strength, growth, and celebration of recovery. "We are excited to launch this t-shirt design contest as part of Recovery Fest 2024," said Pam Birtolo, Executive Director at Flagler OARS. "This competition provides a platform for artists and designers to showcase their creativity while spreading awareness and support for individuals in recovery."

Entries will be judged based on criteria including creativity, relevance to the theme, aesthetic appeal, message impact, and technical quality. The first-place winner will receive recognition as the official designer of the Recovery Fest 2024 t-shirt. All entries will be showcased on our websites and social media channels during Recovery month – September 2024. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above, and participants can submit their designs digitally via email to dragonflyvisions2023@gmail.com from 04.01.2024 to July 15, 2024. Winners will be announced live on social media on August 1, 2024.
