The company is announcing the return of its Centex brand in Jacksonville with the announcement of its newest community, Wells Landing.

Wells Landing is a new construction community that will be comprised of 218 one- and two-story single-family homes on 50' homesites at completion. The community will offer six home designs perfect for first-time homebuyers and growing families. Construction of two model homes will begin this spring and open in late summer. Wells Landing will have no CDD fees and low HOA fees.
