JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, announces a new single-family home community coming soon to Northeast Jacksonville. Located near North Main Street and Yellow Bluff Road, the new construction community, Joseph Oaks, will consist of approximately 118 single-family homesites on 31 acres.
