GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. - Floridant -- PulteGroup, one of the nation's leading home builders, announces sales are underway at Bradley Creek in Green Cove Springs.
"We are pleased to begin sales at Bradley Creek, our first new community in Clay County in more than 10 years," said Tony Nason, Division President of PulteGroup's Northeast Florida Division. Pulte is building new construction one- and two-story, single-family homes on 60-foot homesites at Bradley Creek. The company offers 12 thoughtfully designed floorplans, ranging in size from 1,590 square feet to 4,077 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and two- to three-car garages. Four model homes are under construction and opening in the fall. New homes begin in the mid $300s.

Bradley Creek offers a variety of amenities including a playground, picnic area, trails and a multi-purpose field. The community is zoned for schools in the Clay County School District and within a short drive from nature trails, recreational waterways and state parks. Bradley Creek is located near the new First Coast Expressway, which will provide quick access and easy commuting in and around Northeast Florida.
Bradley Creek is the latest of multiple new projects for Pulte in Northeast Florida. Sales are underway at Timber Cove, Bradley Pond and Hidden Bluff in North Jacksonville, and the Trails at Grand Oaks and the Preserve at Bannon Lakes in St. Johns County. In Nassau County, sales are underway at Forest Park at Wildlight and at Del Webb Wildlight. In St. Johns County, Summer Bay at Grand Oaks is now taking VIP appointments. Sales will open soon at Double Branch in Clay County and at Rolling Hills and Spring Park at Grand Oaks in St. Johns County.
