JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- PulteGroup, one of America's largest homebuilders, has named Justin Cook President of the company's Northeast Florida division. With more than 17 years of experience in the industry, Cook will lead all aspects of the division's homebuilding operations in the greater Jacksonville area.
"Justin brings a wealth of leadership and industry experience to our Northeast Florida division, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the PulteGroup team," said Rich McCormick, PulteGroup Florida area president. "His strategic vision, operational expertise and ability to inspire others will allow us to continue to grow and deliver outstanding results in the Jacksonville market."
Prior to joining PulteGroup, Cook most recently held the position of Division President at Meritage Homes in South Florida. He earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

PulteGroup's Northeast Florida division builds new construction homes and communities in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Middleburg, Wildlight and Green Cove Springs. Building under its renowned Pulte Homes brand, and Pulte Homes Active Adult and Del Webb brands for 55+ buyers, the division is currently operating and selling in 15 communities throughout the market. PulteGroup recently announced the return of its national Centex brand to Jacksonville, with its newest community, Wells Landing, opening later this summer.
