PulteGroup expands Northeast Florida presence with new community in Jacksonville, Terrapin Creek

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, announces development is underway for its newest community, Terrapin Creek, in North Jacksonville.

Located off Cedar Point Road east of Interstate 95, the new construction community will consist of approximately 88 single-family home sites on 34 acres. Terrapin Creek is the sixth new community for Pulte in North Jacksonville. Sales are underway at Wingate Landing, which is 1.5 miles from Terrapin Creek. Pulte's other North Jacksonville communities, including Timber Cove, Hidden Bluff and Bradley Pond, are sold out.

Pulte Homes will build spacious single-family homes on 60' and 70' homesites at Terrapin Creek. The community will have low HOA fees and no CDD fees. Model home construction will begin in January 2026, and sales will open in Spring 2026.

Terrapin Creek residents will enjoy walking trails, a fishing dock and picturesque green space. The community borders Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve, part of a larger area known as the 7 Creeks Recreation Area, which encompasses 5,600 acres of contiguous conservation lands that are linked by trails and waterways.
