VENICE, Fla. - Floridant -- Advanced Health Cardiology LLC ("AHC") announces that it is the 51% majority owner of Associates for Cardiovascular Excellence, LLC ("ACE"), a Florida healthcare organization.
On March 18, 2025, the Circuit Court for Marion County, Florida, entered summary judgment confirming AHC's majority ownership of ACE.

Through ACE and its subsidiaries, funds originating from AHC were used to acquire, develop, and operate a network of medical practices and affiliated entities across Florida.
Subsequent actions by minority shareholder Asad Qamar, M.D. and associated persons or entities have allegedly resulted in the diversion of revenues, alteration of corporate records, and removal of AHC's ownership and control references from public filings, contrary to the court's ruling and AHC's beneficial ownership rights.

Pending Litigation and Legal Protections

Active litigation is pending in the Circuit Court of Marion County, Florida (Case: Associates for Cardiovascular Excellence, LLC v. Asad Qamar, et al.), seeking judicial remedies including:

Imposition of a Constructive Trust and Equitable Liens over assets and revenues acquired or operated using AHC's funds;
Appointment of a Receiver over the affected entities to preserve operations and prevent further diversion;
Injunctions preventing the transfer or sale of any ownership interests or assets pending court resolution; and
Full Accounting and Turnover of diverted revenues and misappropriated funds.
