FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Premier Mobile Health Services, a nonprofit health clinic that brings essential medical care to those in need across Southwest Florida, has announced its mobile medical clinic schedule for April.
Premier Mobile Health Services provides quality health care services to the medically vulnerable and those most at risk of developing long-term illnesses and hospitalization.
Services include early-detection health screenings, blood pressure and diabetes checks, drug screenings, basic metabolic profiles, nutrition counseling, health education, school and sports physicals for children, as well as acute and chronic disease management.
Additionally, April is Autism Acceptance Month. Uninsured individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are encouraged to contact Premier Mobile Health Services for information about free medical screenings.
The mobile medical clinic welcomes walk-ins. The April schedule is as follows:

The Mobile Medical Clinic also operates multiple days each month at Mount Hermon Ministries at 2856 Douglas Ave., Fort Myers. Appointments can be made by calling 239-222-1829.
Premier Mobile Health Services will be taking part in the Spring Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the McGregor Clinic, 2070 Carrell Road, Fort Myers. The organization will share information about available services and distribute health education materials.
Lack of insurance should never prevent individuals from seeking care. Premier Mobile Health Services screenings are supported by the Florida Department of Health through the Cinotti Health Care Screening Grant Program and are provided at no cost to Florida residents who qualify under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Screenings include cancer, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, as well as scoliosis screenings for children ages 11-19.
