FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Premier Mobile Health Services received a $190,000 Resiliency Grant from Direct Relief to expand the operational capacity of its Resilient Care Connect Program.
With support from Direct Relief, Premier Mobile Health will respond and provide aid to Southwest Florida communities impacted by hurricanes Milton and Helene, as well as areas still recovering from Hurricane Ian. Premier Mobile Health will deliver primary and preventative care, chronic disease management, specialized care, referrals and more directly to those in need via mobile health care delivery.
Premier Mobile Health is a health care organization that serves underserved communities in Southwest Florida. It offers comprehensive primary care, disease management and behavioral health care regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Premier Mobile Health's mission is to provide access to health care to medically vulnerable individuals developing and experiencing illness and hospitalization.

"We are sincerely appreciative of this grant from Direct Relief," said Dr. Nadine "Deanie" Singh, founder and CEO of Premier Mobile Health. "This funding will support growth as we seek to expand operations, focusing on underserved populations and long-term natural disaster recovery and resiliency."
