JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- CuliVino Hospitality Management and Consulting proudly announces its Easter Brunch menus, available at Prati Italia and Town Hall from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Prati Italia at the St. Johns Town Center and Town Hall in historic San Marco are the Jacksonville restaurant concepts led by two-time James Beard nominee Chef Tom Gray.
Prati Italia is offering a family friendly brunch featuring the Easter Bunny and Mother Goose. Celebrate the Easter holiday with a family-style menu of brunch favorites, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and Mother Goose, and crafts for the kids. The cost is $48 for adults, $24 for children 5-12. Children 4 and under dine for free. The pricing does not include beverages, tax or gratuity. Prati Italia's a la carte menu will not be available during Easter brunch hours. Reservations are encouraged.

Town Hall is offering a full a la carte brunch menu with a selection of Easter specials including Manchego Bread Pudding ($15 with pepper jelly and maitake mushrooms) and Herb Crusted Lamb Loin ($48 with goat cheese polenta, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, and garlic peppercorn vinaigrette). Reservations are encouraged.
