BARTOW, Fla. - Floridant -- The Florida Bail Agents Association (FBAA) has announced the appointment of Doug Moore, owner of Bail America Bail Bonds, as Membership Chair, effective November 2025. Moore will lead the organization's membership initiatives, recruitment efforts, and member engagement strategies across the state of Florida.

Doug Moore brings over 27 years of bail industry experience to this leadership role, having served as a licensed bail bondsman in Polk County Florida since 1998 and as a dedicated FBAA member since 2001. His appointment recognizes his longstanding commitment to the bail profession and his reputation as one of Central Florida's most respected bail agents.
