DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- Paragon Events is proud to announce Jason Carroll, CMP, as the company's Vice President of Meetings & Events.

Carroll comes to Paragon Events with extensive experience in the events and hospitality field. During his 17+ years of planning, he has produced a variety of events across the country in premier venues such as Madison Square Garden. Carroll previously served as the Executive Director of Friends of the Riverwalk in Tampa, and in 2019, he founded his own event company. Carroll has vast experience in destination management, venue sourcing, international group travel, and fundraising initiatives.

Carroll will work closely with Paragon Events' COO and CEO to oversee the event team and develop new strategies to ensure continued client success.

Carroll has held a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation since 2013 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). Carroll has received substantial industry recognition including the 2018 Meeting Planner of the Year Award from MPI Tampa Bay and the Rising Star Award from the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). Additionally, he was an Association Forum and USAE 40 under 40 honoree.
