Award-winning restaurant to open this spring at Las Olas Marina
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Floridant -- Ocean Prime, a nationally-acclaimed, dynamic seafood and steakhouse from the award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking qualified candidates to join the extraordinary Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale, opening this spring at the new state-of-the-art Las Olas Marina.
Named as one of America's Top 50 Emerging Restaurants by FSR, Ocean Prime is building a passionate, talented and friendly team to bring their long-standing tradition of "Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality" to Fort Lauderdale.
The restaurant's Fort Lauderdale hiring office is now open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 151 Las Olas Circle, Suite 207, where passionate and dedicated individuals are invited to apply for all hourly positions, including line cooks, servers, bartenders, guest services and more. Referred to as "associates," Ocean Prime employees are regarded as Cameron Mitchell Restaurants' priority, which is evident in the company's impressive 80% promotion-from-within rate. Training teams are dedicated to helping associates build skills and confidence, and the company offers highly competitive benefits.
Executive Chef Charlie Tkacik, who previously served as Executive Chef at Ocean Prime Dallas, will take the helm at Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale. Tkacik will work alongside General Manager Jason Brown, who also comes from the Ocean Prime family of restaurants, having served as general manager at Ocean Prime Chicago.
"We are excited to bring our exceptional hospitality and award-winning dining experience to Fort Lauderdale," said General Manager Jason Brown. "With an associate-first philosophy, we are seeking over 130 associates eager to be a part of a team that makes raving fans by creating an exceptional culinary experience and memorable moments for our guests."

Ocean Prime delivers an elevated experience with exceptional ambiance, a chef-curated menu, signature handcrafted cocktails, a Wine Spectator honored wine list and genuine hospitality. Ocean Prime's elaborate and modern menu features indulgent seafood presentations, prime steaks, hand-rolled sushi, decadent side dishes, and house-made desserts—all crafted with the highest-quality ingredients. The new location at 171 Las Olas Circle will be open for dinner nightly and seasonal weekend brunch.
