BUNNELL, Fla. - Floridant -- Personal trainers Artie Gardella - "Artie G" and Jocelyn Daley, with a combined 35 years of fitness teaching experience, have joined forces to launch a new senior fitness program in Bunnell, Florida. The pair were fitness instructors at Fitness One on Old Kings Road and have launched the classes for seniors on the south side of town who were displaced after Fitness One closed its doors in May of this year. The classes will be held at First Baptist Church-Bunnell, 2301 Commerce Parkway, Bunnell.
"The quality senior classes we teach help develop muscle tone, bone density, strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination," said Artie. "The classes are gentle, upbeat and supportive exercise routines," Artie added.
