Brokerage introduces a no-monthly-fee model focused on mentorship and technology to help agents build financial freedom.
LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Floridant -- Coldwell Banker Premium Realty today announced its acquisition by a new, experienced leadership team. The Lake Worth brokerage is introducing a modern business model designed to support real estate agents in South Florida. The team is focused on helping agents build sustainable careers through dedicated mentorship, an all-in-one technology platform, and a supportive financial structure.
The brokerage is removing common barriers to agent success by offering no monthly desk or franchise fees. All agents receive full access to a complete real estate technology suite at no cost, including the Back At You Media platform for CRM and social media management. This model allows agents to keep more of their income while getting the support they need to grow.
The new ownership team includes Dean and Tania Artenosi. They bring over 60 years of combined industry experience to the brokerage. Their background includes owning seven previous Coldwell Banker offices, certified agent coaching, building successful agent teams, and online marketing strategy.

"We saw too many agents struggling with inconsistency and feeling overwhelmed," said Dean Artenosi, co-owner and career coach. "Our approach is simple: provide a clear plan, world-class support, and let agents focus on what they do best—building relationships. At the end of the day, consistency is the key to a long-term career. We give them the structure to be consistent."
The new leadership is guided by a clear mission: to help 1,000 agents in Florida achieve financial freedom through real estate.
"We are committed to our agents' success," said Dean Artenosi, co-owner. "By combining our team's hands-on experience with the integrity and global power of the Coldwell Banker brand, we've created a place where agents can truly thrive."
Coldwell Banker Premium Realty is actively recruiting both new and experienced agents in Palm Beach County and across South Florida.
