Adam Frost is currently a writer and co-executive producer on APTN's premiere Indigenous crime drama Tribal. He previously spent five seasons on the Emmy-nominated and five-time People's Choice Award-winning ABC mystery drama Castle. He lives on the east side of Los Angeles and on Mayne Island, B.C. He's also one helluva Tee Ball coach.
