As the 2026 election marks the first cycle where Seat 2 directly represents the Zephyrhills and East Pasco subdistrict, Fuher is pledging to bring 20+ years of mission-critical leadership and fiscal oversight to the district.

With a background spanning military service on the USS Abraham Lincoln, law enforcement, and senior executive management, Fuher offers a unique "readiness-first" approach to public health. He intends to leverage his deep expertise in manpower analysis and operational planning to modernize the district's response to mosquito-borne threats.
