ORLANDO, Fla. - Floridant -- The National Customer Service Association (NCSA) is excited to announce the winners of the prestigious 2024 NCSA All-Star Awards. These awards are presented annually to individuals, teams, and organizations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to customer service excellence.
This year, the NCSA received a record number of nominations from around the world, showcasing the extraordinary commitment to service excellence across industries. The 2024 winners are recognized for going above and beyond in delivering exceptional service and embodying their organization's mission and values.
"The volume of impressive nominations made this year's judging particularly challenging, but it also reaffirms the importance of celebrating service excellence," said NCSA COO Wes Tindal. "We're inspired by the incredible dedication these individuals and organizations have shown."
The 2024 NCSA All-Star Award Winners:
This year's awards introduced the Contact Center Representative of the Year category, recognizing the critical role that contact center professionals play in delivering top-tier customer service.

In response to their recognition, this year's winners shared their thoughts:
"Fulton County Government is thrilled to be among the NCSA's 2024 All-Star Award recipients. To be recognized as the Organization of the Year is such a huge honor for us and for every employee who gives of themselves unselfishly every day," said Brigitte Bailey, Director of Customer Experience and Solutions. "We couldn't be happier to celebrate this amazing achievement with our employees and I'm confident we'll be celebrating all year long."
"We are honored to be recognized as one of the 2024 NCSA All-Stars, and this acknowledgment inspires us to continue raising the bar in service excellence," said Marbel Gastell of Fayette County Public Schools.
"I am profoundly honored to be named the 2024 Service Volunteer of the Year by NCSA, a meaningful milestone for the entire Ingenium team. We celebrate NCSA's noble work and are proud to be part of this community," remarked Jennifer Orode, Ingenium Concepts Ltd. founder and CEO.
NCSA is the global membership organization committed to equipping service professionals with the tools, training, and certifications to build lasting customer relationships. NCSA offers the Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP®) program for management-level professionals, the Direct Contact Service Professional (DCSP®) program for frontline staff, and additional certifications aimed at promoting service excellence across industries.
