MOUNT DORA, Fla. - Floridant -- Beucher Insurance Agency is excited to announce its sponsorship of the Mt. Dora High School Lady Canes softball team for the upcoming 2026 season. The sponsorship reflects Beucher's commitment to supporting local youth athletics and investing in the future of Lake County students.

The Mt. Dora High School softball program has shown dedication and competitive spirit in recent seasons. During the 2024-25 season, the varsity team finished with a 9-14 record and competed strongly in 3A District 7 play, including a decisive 7-1 victory over Lake Weir High School and a hard-fought 1-2 matchup against Eustis High School in the district tournament.
