TAMPA, Fla. - Floridant -- Moss Construction is delighted to announce the promotion of Jeff Callahan to Senior Vice President in the firm's Tampa office.
As Senior Vice President, Callahan is responsible for client development, preconstruction, budgets, schedule, staffing, operations, and project close-out.
"Jeff has been an excellent asset to our team for many years and we are honored to see him continue to grow with the company," said Mike Mazza, President, Mid-Florida. "His extensive experience across different areas of the construction industry positions him as a leader who will help guide the additional growth and expansion of Moss in the region."
Callahan is an industry veteran with a deep knowledge of luxury high-rise residential and commercial, hospitality and the medical sectors. Since joining Moss in 2005, he has served as Vice President and Project Executive on major projects, including Icon Central in St. Pete, The Henry in Tampa, and Ritz-Carlton Residences Sarasota.
"I could not be more excited to step into this new role with the support of the rest of my team," said Jeff. "I look forward to working hard to help Moss continue to grow in Mid-Florida."

Callahan studied Construction Management at Florida International University's College of Engineering, is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors and the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay
