Technogym's Virtual Group Cycle combines music, visual effects, and precision performance data to create interactive training

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- Mizner Country Club, through its partnership with Technogym, has taken the next step in ramping up its wellness and fitness program by offering Virtual Group Cycle by Technogym. Technogym has selected Mizner as its flagship venue for its newly created training program.

"Technogym's Virtual Group Cycle offers different riding classes that combine music, visual effects, and precision performance data to create interactive training designed to inspire people to move. A large video wall allows the class to visualize individual and class results; or immerse a member in the atmosphere, listening and visualizing the music. Users can watch their metrics live on the screen, view their effort profile, and focus on the single blocks and class targets. Educational and motivational video clips are projected on the screen to give a member a boost right when they need it most," said Daniyel Gavrilov, Mizner's Director of Fitness and Wellness.

He notes that the virtual class will start automatically at the set time, and members can track all their data. User workout data is saved with the "Mywellness" app when connected to the bike.

"We are again honored that Technogym has selected us as their first for this incredible new offering. By doing this, we have developed a strong social wellness cult where we work closely with our members to achieve their short- and long-term fitness goals. Gavrilov further noted that as part of Mizner Country Club's partnership agreement with Technogym, new equipment and programs might be brought to Mizner's fitness center for trials before it launches in other areas. Technogym upgrades could include anything from new technology added to our Technogym equipment to group cycle kiosks, new rowers, or bikes. "The options are vast, and we will have exclusive first access," he shares.

Mizner's Fitness Center encompasses 6,000 square feet and houses over 50 pieces of Technogym equipment. It was the first U.S. Country Club on the east coast in Florida equipped as a Total Technogym Fitness Center.
