Mizner Recognized for Support of First Responders Appreciation Day Event
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- Palm Beach Sheriff's Office (PBSO) Training Division, West Palm Beach, was the site of a special awards ceremony earlier this month, honoring Mizner Country Club for its steadfast dedication to its yearly First Responders' Day Appreciation Event.
Captain Robert Sandt and Lieutenant John Wink presented the award for the PBSO. Kristina Merkle, Dennis Rye, and Susan Feldman accepted on behalf of Mizner Country Club.
Mizner's First Responders' Day Appreciation Event Responders is a yearly event designed to recognize first responders for their tireless service to the community. This was the 7th Annual First Responders Day. On hand were representatives of Palm Beach County's Emergency Medical Services, Police and Fire Departments, and Mizner's Private Security. All are invited to partake in a ceremonial luncheon and afterward play a round of golf at the Club.
"It's one of Mizner's annual traditions that we are most proud of. It is heartwarming to witness the overwhelming participation of our community in recognizing and expressing gratitude to first responders, who selflessly dedicate their lives to serving others," said Mackenzie Lalov, Mizner's Clubhouse Manager.
