Oviedo, Florida Attorney Is Nominated and Selected Through a Competitive Application Process By The American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC) To Participate In Their Selective Program.
OVIEDO, Fla. - Floridant -- Michelle Gumula, J.D., B.C.S., a partner at the law firm of Hoyt & Bryan, LLC in Oviedo, has completed Class VI of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Florida State University College of Law, J.D. in 2013 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in history and political science from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida in 2010. Michelle also attended the University of Oxford in 2012 to study law. Michelle joined Hoyt & Bryan in 2014, where she practices in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. In 2023 she earned her board certification in wills, trusts and estates from the Florida Bar.

The Florida Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession's future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.
The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program began in October 2023 and concluded in May 2024. Michelle has successfully completed all sessions and has graduated from the Florida Fellows Institute.
