Second Annual C3 ListServ Award
This year, Judges' Night was held as a Zoom Meeting due to the novice COVID 19. Guests were invited to grab a cocktail from the comfort of their home and join. Matt Levy received the Second Annual C3 ListServ Award, so we welcome all to come and congratulate him. This special award is in honor of the late Charles Morehead III.
Who is Attorney Matthew D. Levy, Esq.?
Matthew D. Levy is a partner with Dyson and Levy. Matt was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. He moved to South Florida in 1991 and now lives in Delray Beach with his wife, Dana, his two sons, Steven and Connor, and his dogs Shelby and Homer.

Matt's passion, strong work ethic, competitive spirit, and motivation to help people in a time of need has helped thousands of injured accident victims over the last twenty years. He typically handles the firm's catastrophic injury, wrongful death, complex liability, civil rights violations, and defective product cases.
Achievements & Honors
In 2000, at the age of 30, Matt became a Partner. He achieved Board Certification at the age of 33, and in 2005, he became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Matt was one of the first members of his graduating law class to hold either of these distinctions. Matt has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers every single year since 2014 by his peers, a distinction bestowed on just a small handful of attorneys in the state.
In 2015, the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) (a national organization for both plaintiff and defense trial attorneys) voted Matt in as a member.
Matt Levy is also AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible preeminent rating.
In 2018, Matt won the prestigious Michael K. Bailey TLEL award from the Florida Justice Association, "in recognition of his leadership and embodiment of the right stuff."

The Broward County Trial Lawyers Association (BCTLA) was founded in 1963 to serve members of the legal profession who focus on civil litigation and to work with the Judiciary of Broward County, Florida on a wide range of matters impacting the legal community. BCJA consists of attorneys, judges, and affiliated legal professionals from the tri-county area.
The BCTLA provides a valuable networking opportunity, interacting with colleagues and informative speakers. BCTLA publishes monthly newsletters, holds monthly dinner meetings and case evaluations, Meet and Greet receptions, annual Judge's Night, and various other events. Meetings begin at 5:30 PM with a complimentary cocktail reception followed by the dinner and program.
