Institute for Luxury Home Marketing bestows top award to Chief Vision Officer and Co-Founder
NAPLES, Fla. - Floridant -- An alliance of the country's most successful real estate agents in the luxury home sector has awarded Aprile Osborne, co-founder and chief vision officer of Call It Closed International Realty, its top honor.
The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's GUILD Elite status is reserved for agents with the "knowledge, experience, competence and confidence" to serve affluent buyers and sellers. Eligibility is limited to those who have closed at least two separate residential transactions of $2 million or more in the preceding 24 months.
"Agents who have earned the GUILD Elite recognition are rare and perform at a superior level in their community," said Kathleen Bibbins, the Institute's general manager. "To achieve and maintain multi-million-dollar success consistently, it takes an exceptional degree of service and a constant focus on clients' needs. We want to recognize this outstanding accomplishment and give these superior professionals the earned distinction of being the agent of choice for the most discerning affluent buyers and sellers."

Osborne had previously been designated a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, which is earned by Institute members with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market; and GUILD status, a designation reached after closing at least two separate, recent residential transactions of $1 million or more.
"Success in the luxury home real estate market requires not only extensive knowledge and experience but also a commitment to detail and customer service that few can provide," said Call It Closed Co-Founder Chad Osborne. "As the country's first and only cloud-based, 100% commission brokerage, Call It Closed is thrilled to have Aprile leading our efforts to deliver an impeccable client experience."
As Chief Vision Officer, Aprile Osborne serves as both trusted mentor to new brokers and visionary strategist for the Florida-based company, which currently operates in 16 states and continues to expand its footprint.
