Local Vendor Announcements for Food Hall Opening in Cocoa Beach

COCOA BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- Destination Food Hall, the first on the Space Coast, has announced four of its eight local vendors. Located in Downtown Cocoa Beach, it offers freshly prepared meals along with a craft beer and wine bar in a family-friendly setting. The venue aims to support local chefs by providing affordable infrastructure and fostering a collaborative environment for diverse cuisine options.

Destination Food Hall is progressing well in construction, hitting all of the milestones and is on track to open in Spring/Summer 2025. This project is estimated to add over 70 jobs with 1.8 million in payroll into the local economy.

We are excited to share the 4 vendors that have been announced so far:

• Mimi's Mimosas - Forget everything you thought you knew about Mimosas! Our signature bar, Mimi's Mimosas, will showcase tropical mimosa cocktails made with the highest quality ingredients. Enjoy craft beer on tap, carefully curated wines from around the world, and a grab-and-go to fill your cooler for our beachgoers.
• Sabor on the Beach - Prepare yourself for a burst of flavors at Sabor On The Beach! We are excited to bring a mix of Latin culinary treasures to the stunning Cocoa Beach. Indulge in mouthwatering dishes like paellas, whole fried fish, ropa vieja, jalea seafood, and so much more.
• Fowl Mouth - The menu concept at Fowl Mouth draws inspiration from the timeless All-American diet. Featuring fried chicken and burgers infused with globally inspired ingredients, the mission is to provide an unforgettable experience that combines premium ingredients, remarkable flavors, and outstanding service.
• B's Beans & Bakery - Scratch made Cuban cuisine featuring BOLD, vibrant traditional flavors with a modern, lighter twist on the classics. From genuine Cuban espresso to inventive lattes, we blend the finest elements of both worlds to please coffee enthusiasts. Our love for exceptional healthy food and beverages are evident in every Cuban sandwich, breakfast item and pastry we offer, crafted with care and a sprinkle of joy.

Destination Food Hall has limited vendor spaces available and is actively inviting local independent vendors to apply and join this innovative initiative, managed directly by OG Enterprises. OG Enterprises is a well-established commercial real estate developer and management company with significant experience in overseeing a successful chain of retail stores.
