Lennar opens a new model home at TrailMark

The model is located in a newly opened phase of the community where Lennar is offering three new floorplans for homebuyers at the community.

Lennar at TrailMark is offering three unique one- and two-story floorplans, the Trevi II, the Charle II and the Brio II, ranging from approximately 1,943 square feet to 2,360 square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
